Responsibilities
- Design and evaluate policy proposals using quantitative analysis and stakeholder engagement

- Coordinate interagency initiatives to improve service delivery efficiency
- Present findings to senior officials and public stakeholders
- Manage policy implementation timelines and performance metrics
- Supervise junior analysts and research assistants
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or non-profit sector
- Expertise in statistical analysis (R, Python, or Stata) and data visualization
- Deep knowledge of NYC's economic landscape and policy landscape
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations
- Experience managing government grant programs and compliance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
