Responsibilities
- Analyze complex public health data to identify emerging trends and recommend evidence-based interventions
- Develop and implement community health assessment plans targeting vulnerable populations
- Coordinate interdepartmental initiatives addressing health equity disparities
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for policy stakeholders
- Manage grant-funded projects related to chronic disease prevention
- Lead community outreach programs fostering health education and access
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health analysis or program management
- Proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, SAS, R) and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of CDC guidelines and public health frameworks
- Experience with community needs assessments and stakeholder engagement
- Valid Kentucky driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to obtain security clearance for sensitive data access
