Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting Arlington communities
- Coordinate emergency response protocols for public health crises
- Manage community health education campaigns and vaccination outreach
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and risks
- Liaise with healthcare providers, schools, and local organizations
- Prepare comprehensive reports for county leadership and public health agencies
- Oversee grant compliance and budget allocation for health initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of public health program coordination experience
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible for certification
- Proficient in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Experience with emergency response planning and grant management
- Strong interpersonal skills for community stakeholder engagement
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable
