Responsibilities
- Develop and execute public service programs aligned with city strategic goals

- Oversee vendor contracts and compliance with municipal procurement regulations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in municipal government or public sector

- Advanced knowledge of Texas municipal codes and federal regulations
- Expertise in data analysis using Excel, SQL, or Tableau
- Strong written/verbal communication and public presentation skills
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
