Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement scalable AI models and quantum algorithms tailored for the 2026 ecosystem.
- Lead the design of high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure to support deep learning workloads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists, data scientists, and software engineers to integrate quantum hardware with cloud-native software.
- Optimize neural network performance using advanced quantization techniques and distributed computing.
- Define technical standards, coding best practices, and architectural guidelines for the engineering team.
Qualifications:
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong preference for candidates with exposure to quantum computing concepts.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Deep understanding of machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
