Responsibilities
- Technical Mastery: Lead comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawlability, indexability, and page speed issues.
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute data-backed keyword strategies based on competitive analysis and user intent.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with the content team to optimize landing pages and blog posts for maximum organic performance.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor search console data and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track KPIs, ROI, and conversion rates.
- Backlink Strategy: Build high-quality backlinks through white-hat outreach and relationship management.
- Algorithm Adaptation: Stay ahead of Google core updates and implement necessary changes to maintain and improve rankings.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in SEO, with a strong background in technical SEO and analytics.
- Tools: Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Technical Skills: Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for on-page optimization and schema markup.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and pivot strategies quickly based on data.
