Responsibilities
- Architect Development: Design, develop, and deploy high-performance software solutions for the proprietary 2026 platform, ensuring robustness and scalability.
- System Optimization: Continuously refactor legacy code and optimize database queries to support the high throughput demands of our AI models.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and establish coding standards that ensure code quality across the organization.
- Innovation: Research and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., quantum algorithms, edge computing) to integrate into the core product suite.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure seamless deployment to production environments using Kubernetes and Docker.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on full-stack or backend engineering.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in modern languages such as Rust, Go, Python, or TypeScript.
- Infrastructure: Strong experience with cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization technologies.
- Database: Deep understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and implement scalable solutions.
