Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain enterprise-level servers, virtualization environments, and network infrastructure.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to ensure compliance with federal standards (FISMA, NIST).
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for government staff and stakeholders.
- Perform regular system audits, patch management, and hardware upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT workflows and cloud integration.
- Document system configurations and maintain detailed technical records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required.
- 5+ years of experience in Systems Administration, preferably within the government or defense sector.
- Strong expertise in Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies.
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain one) is highly preferred.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
