Responsibilities
- System Design & Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of complex IT systems, ensuring scalability and alignment with ADOT strategic goals.
- Requirements Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional technical specifications.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, management, and external vendors to ensure project success.
- Data Management: Oversee data integrity, migration, and reporting processes to support data-driven decision-making.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot complex system issues and implement effective solutions with minimal downtime.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, including system diagrams and process flows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or a related technical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Java, Python, or C#. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve critical technical issues efficiently.
