Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system enhancements.
- Design, develop, and implement scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, stakeholders, and management to ensure project milestones are met.
- Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain high system uptime and performance.
- Document technical processes and provide training to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
- Maintain and update technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams and user manuals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, software development, or IT project management.
- Proficiency in SQL, Java, .NET, or Python.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycles (SDLC).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced government environment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a background check and security clearance as required by the state.
