Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, and documentation of complex system requirements and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
- Oversee the implementation of software solutions, conducting thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Manage project lifecycles using Agile methodologies, tracking progress and mitigating risks.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and developers.
- Ensure data integrity and security across all state systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Systems Analysis, Business Analysis, or Software Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or .NET.
- Expert knowledge of SQL and relational database management systems (Oracle, SQL Server).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
