Responsibilities

- Ensure full compliance with government security standards and regulations (NIST, FISMA).
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct thorough system testing and deployment of updates in a secure environment.
- Document technical specifications and system architecture diagrams for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development or systems engineering.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and government compliance frameworks.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret or Top Secret clearance.
