Responsibilities
- Oversee design and implementation of major highway and bridge projects
- Conduct traffic studies and develop mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with municipal agencies and contractors
- Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations

- Mentor junior engineering staff
- Prepare technical reports and presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of transportation engineering experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and traffic modeling software
- Experience with TxDOT design standards
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license
