Responsibilities

- Coordinate with federal, state, and local agencies on project alignment
- Prepare grant applications and secure funding for transportation initiatives
- Conduct environmental impact assessments and compliance reviews
- Lead public outreach initiatives and stakeholder engagement sessions
- Manage project budgets and timelines using advanced software tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in transportation planning or public infrastructure
- Proficiency in GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS) and traffic modeling tools
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license with clean record
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data interpretation experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Familiarity with federal/state transportation regulations (FTA, FHWA)
- Project management certification (PMP) preferred
