Responsibilities
- Lead complex land use and zoning projects for San Jose's urban core
- Develop comprehensive planning documents and environmental impact reports
- Coordinate with city, state, and federal agencies on regulatory compliance

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Geography, Environmental Science, or related field

- Advanced proficiency in GIS software (ArcGIS) and data visualization
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
