- Prepare environmental impact reports and land use applications

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Urban Planning, Public Policy, or related field
- 5+ years of urban planning experience in municipal government
- Expertise in California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and planning code
- Advanced proficiency in GIS and urban planning software
- Demonstrated success in community engagement and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of San Francisco's housing and transportation challenges
