Responsibilities

- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing interfaces, Advanced AI Agents) into our existing stack.
- Talent Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to plan for 5-10 year technology horizons, specifically relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with elegant solutions.
- Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills in English.
