Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions for state agencies.
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Conduct system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and stakeholders.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users across various state departments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in systems analysis or software development.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Java, .NET, or Python.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
