Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system development.
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, developers, and project managers, to ensure project milestones are met.
- Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Document technical processes, user manuals, and system requirements to support knowledge transfer.
- Maintain existing systems and perform regular updates to ensure security and compliance with state regulations.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users regarding new software implementations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in systems analysis, software development, or technical support.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or SQL.
- Strong understanding of database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Ability to obtain a government security clearance (if applicable).
