Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruiting process for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to identify and engage passive candidates in the Denver area.
- Manage the interview process for technical roles, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build talent pipelines for ongoing projects.
- Conduct market research to stay informed on salary trends and industry best practices for technical roles.
- Ensure compliance with all state hiring regulations and internal policies throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional recruiting experience, preferably in the government or technical sector.
- Proven ability to source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Must be available to work a weekend shift (e.g., Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Sunday).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
