Responsibilities
- Design and oversee transportation infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, and transit systems
- Conduct traffic analysis and implement sustainable mobility solutions
- Prepare detailed engineering reports and compliance documentation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- PE license (Professional Engineer) in Washington State
- 5+ years of transportation engineering experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and traffic modeling software
- Strong knowledge of MUTCD, WSDOT standards, and federal regulations
- Experience with public infrastructure project management
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
- Valid Washington State driver's license
