Responsibilities
- Design and oversee highway, bridge, and transit infrastructure projects
- Analyze traffic patterns and develop congestion mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with federal/state transportation regulations

- Prepare technical reports and environmental impact assessments

- Utilize CAD/GIS software for design and modeling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of transportation engineering experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and transportation modeling software
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Knowledge of Maryland DOT design standards and FHWA regulations
