Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough screening of passengers, carry-on luggage, and checked baggage using advanced X-ray technology and physical inspection.
- Enforce security regulations and protocols to prevent unauthorized items from entering secure areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service to travelers while maintaining a professional demeanor under pressure.
- Assist in crowd control and passenger flow management during peak travel times.
- Perform irregularity searches and identify potential threats or prohibited items.
- Document all screening activities and security observations accurately.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or national, or Lawful Permanent Resident (Green Card holder).
- Must be able to pass a federal background check and obtain a security clearance.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
