Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments across city departments

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, or related field
- 3+ years of compliance/government experience
- Strong knowledge of NC state and federal regulations
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in compliance software and data analysis tools
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
- Valid NC driver's license
