Responsibilities
- Oversee municipal record management, ensuring compliance with state/federal regulations and FOIA requests
- Manage City Council agendas, minutes, and official documentation with precision
- Administer oaths of office, notarizations, and official city certifications
- Serve as the primary liaison between citizens, departments, and elected officials
- Implement and maintain digital record-keeping systems for archival efficiency

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field required
- Minimum 5 years municipal/government administrative experience
