We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cybersecurity Analyst to support our federal mission in Philadelphia, PA. This is a high-priority urgent hiring role with immediate start availability for qualified candidates.
In this position, you will play a critical role in protecting our nation's information systems and ensuring compliance with federal security standards. You will work closely with IT teams to identify vulnerabilities, respond to security incidents, and implement robust defense strategies.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments and security audits of federal networks.
- Monitor network traffic and systems for potential cyber threats and anomalies.
- Implement and manage security controls to protect sensitive data in accordance with NIST and FedRAMP standards.
- Investigate and respond to security incidents, including malware analysis and incident remediation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security protocols are integrated into IT projects.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for security policies, procedures, and incident reports.
Qualifications
- Certification: Active Secret or Top Secret clearance is required. CISSP, Security+, or CEH certification preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security analysis.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar), firewalls, and endpoint protection solutions.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of federal security frameworks and compliance regulations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting to senior leadership.
