Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for federal client networks and systems.
- Manage and maintain documentation in accordance with Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) standards.
- Conduct security assessments and vulnerability scans to ensure compliance with government security protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions that enhance mission readiness.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of hardware and software solutions within secure environments.
- Monitor system performance and report anomalies to senior leadership promptly.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions for junior staff regarding federal IT procedures.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret or Top Secret/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a Polygraph if required.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal contracting or government IT environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and specialized federal IT management tools.
- Strong understanding of NIST frameworks, risk management, and compliance standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-security environment.
