Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, FISMA standards, and security protocols.
- Perform system troubleshooting, diagnostics, and software installations for government systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable IT solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and changes.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential security vulnerabilities.
- Provide technical support and training to federal personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Secret or Top Secret Clearance (or eligibility to obtain).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal IT environments.
- Strong knowledge of network architecture, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
