Responsibilities
- Manage and secure federal network infrastructure and data centers in Miami.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols to ensure compliance with federal standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex IT systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new software and hardware solutions.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular security audits.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal or government contracting environments.
- Active Top Secret or Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one).
- Proficiency in network administration, server management, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST or FISMA.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
