Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in public works or transportation project management
- Valid California Professional Engineer (PE) license or PMP certification
- Proven track record managing infrastructure projects over $5M
- Expertise in Caltrans procedures and public procurement processes
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with project management software
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance if required
