As a key player in our Public Sector division, you will bridge the gap between complex government requirements and cutting-edge technology solutions. You will lead critical initiatives to modernize legacy systems and ensure the highest standards of cybersecurity compliance for federal clients.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement secure, scalable IT solutions for Federal and State government agencies.
- Ensure full compliance with federal regulations, including FedRAMP, NIST, and FISMA standards.
- Lead technical migration projects from on-premise environments to secure cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, security audits, and vulnerability testing.
- Mentor junior consultants and conduct technical training sessions for the team.
- Collaborate directly with government stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Federal or State government IT consulting.
- Active Secret or Top Secret clearance is required.
- Certifications: CISSP, Security+, or PMP are highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in cloud security protocols and modern DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
