Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of federal IT infrastructure and network systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with FedRAMP, FISMA, and other federal security regulations.
- Perform vulnerability assessments and implement security patches to mitigate risks.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for federal systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies into legacy systems.
- Document technical processes and generate compliance reports for government stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance (or willingness to undergo background investigation).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certification: CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or GS-7/9/12 equivalent federal experience.
- 5+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or cybersecurity within a federal environment.
- Proficiency with network protocols, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and virtualization technologies.
- Strong understanding of DoD Information Assurance requirements.
