Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain statewide IT infrastructure systems including servers, networks, and cloud platforms
- Implement cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive government data

- Provide Tier-3 technical support for complex system issues
- Document IT infrastructure changes and maintain compliance with state policies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years experience in enterprise IT infrastructure management
- CompTIA Security+ and AWS/Azure certifications required
- Experience with government compliance frameworks (NIST, FISMA)
- Strong problem-solving skills with proven incident response track record
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
- Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance
