Responsibilities
- Analyze federal/state/local legislation impacts on Georgia communities
- Develop policy recommendations using quantitative/qualitative research methods
- Collaborate with cross-functional government departments on implementation
- Prepare comprehensive briefings for executive leadership and legislative bodies
- Monitor emerging policy trends and regulatory changes
- Manage stakeholder engagement across public/private sectors
- Oversee program evaluation and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years government/public sector experience
- Advanced proficiency in policy analysis frameworks (SWOT, PESTLE)
- Expertise in Georgia legislative processes and regulations
- Strong data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Valid Georgia driver's license
- US citizenship and ability to obtain federal clearance
