Responsibilities
- Manage official city records, ordinances, and meeting minutes with meticulous attention to detail
- Oversee municipal elections and voter registration processes
- Serve as custodian of public records and respond to public information requests
- Coordinate with city council and prepare agenda packets for official meetings
- Administer oaths of office and maintain official city documentation
- Ensure compliance with state and federal municipal regulations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of municipal government or public sector experience
- Certified Municipal Clerk (CMC) designation preferred
- Expert knowledge of Texas Local Government Code and open records laws
- Proficient in records management software and Microsoft Office Suite
