Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Develop automated data pipelines using SQL, Python, and R for efficient processing
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership and federal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliverables
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality assurance and validation processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with federal datasets
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis tools
- Expertise in data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Familiarity with federal data regulations (HIPAA, FISMA, 21 CFR Part 11)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for data processing
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
