Responsibilities
- Process and review pension benefit applications received during the night shift.
- Ensure strict compliance with Federal Retirement Regulations and internal policies.
- Monitor and secure federal databases and records during non-business hours.
- Respond to urgent inquiries from federal employees regarding pension status and eligibility.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to resolve complex retirement discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate logs of all night shift transactions and security activities.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a United States Citizen.
- Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in pension administration, human resources, or financial services.
- Shift Availability: Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and federal data systems.
