We are currently urgently hiring a highly skilled Pension Plan Administrator to join our Government Finance division. In this critical role, you will manage the lifecycle of retirement benefits for public servants, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely service to our members.

Key Duties
Responsibilities
- Administer and process pension claims, refunds, and benefit calculations with high accuracy.
- Ensure strict compliance with state and federal government pension regulations and internal policies.
- Conduct audits of pension records and resolve discrepancies or outstanding issues.
- Communicate complex pension information to members via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
- Collaborate with the actuarial team to prepare reports and projections for the Board of Trustees.
- Maintain and update member databases and records in accordance with data privacy standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in pension administration, benefits administration, or government finance.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and ERPs.
- Deep understanding of ERISA or state-specific pension laws.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with absolute confidentiality.
