Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain heavy and light construction equipment, including jackhammers, rollers, and loaders.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, grading, and loading materials.
- Maintain public streets, sidewalks, and right-of-ways by sweeping, cleaning, and repairing.
- Assist in water and sewer maintenance projects, including pipe laying and trenching.
- Install, repair, and maintain traffic signs, markings, and barriers.
- Participate in park maintenance, landscaping, and general clean-up duties.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety protocols is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
