Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including loading, unloading, and moving construction materials and supplies.
- Operate and maintain light to heavy construction equipment and hand tools safely.
- Assist in the maintenance, repair, and cleaning of streets, sidewalks, and public parks.
- Participate in snow and ice removal operations during winter storms.
- Operate trucks, tractors, and other utility vehicles as required.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Communicate effectively with crew leads and other team members.
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow instructions.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not always required.
