Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and packages safely and efficiently along assigned routes
- Sort and organize mail according to delivery sequences
- Operate delivery vehicles responsibly and maintain proper records
- Provide excellent customer service at delivery points
- Manage daily mail volume and adjust for seasonal demands
- Follow USPS safety protocols and procedures
- Report delivery issues and maintain route accuracy
- Operate scanning equipment for mail tracking
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds repeatedly
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Basic computer literacy for scanning operations
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
