Job Responsibilities
- Deliver a variety of mail and packages to residential and business customers along an assigned route.
- Sort and organize mail in accordance with USPS standards to ensure accuracy.
- Interact professionally with customers to resolve inquiries and maintain a positive public image.
- Perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, including the proper handling of the vehicle.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols while operating postal vehicles.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status is required.
- Valid Driver's License (required for vehicle operation).
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug screening.
- Physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position.
