Responsibilities
- Process and adjudicate veterans' disability compensation claims with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate multi-agency healthcare services and support programs
- Conduct eligibility assessments for VA education and housing benefits
- Develop personalized case management plans for high-priority veterans
- Utilize VA systems (VBMS, VBA) for documentation and reporting
- Provide crisis intervention and emergency assistance services
- Collaborate with community partners to expand veteran support networks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Social Work, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in veteran services or federal claims processing
- VA certification in Benefits Delivery at Discharge (BDD) program
- Proficiency in VA systems (VBMS, VBA) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance
- Spanish bilingual proficiency highly preferred
