Responsibilities

- Conduct interviews with veterans to gather supporting documentation

- Collaborate with medical and legal professionals for case resolution
- Participate in ongoing training on VA procedures
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
