- Provide direct assistance to veterans navigating complex benefit programs

- Maintain detailed case records in VA's electronic benefits system
- Conduct outreach to underserved veteran populations in North Texas
- Represent VA at community events and veterans' organizations
- Adhere to strict federal privacy and security protocols
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 3 years' experience in benefits administration or customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 3 background clearance
- Knowledge of VA benefits programs preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive veteran information with compassion and discretion
