Responsibilities
- Process and verify citizen applications, permits, and public records with 100% accuracy
- Manage confidential documentation and maintain secure digital filing systems
- Provide exceptional in-person and telephonic citizen support during weekend hours
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Prepare detailed reports and statistical summaries for weekly leadership reviews
- Uphold strict compliance with municipal regulations and privacy laws
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years government or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean record
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain required government security clearance
- Flexibility to work alternating weekends (Sat/Sun) 7am-3pm
