Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned areas during weekend shifts to ensure public safety
- Respond to emergency calls and incidents with professionalism
- Conduct thorough incident documentation and reporting
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during joint operations
- Monitor surveillance systems and access control points
- Provide community outreach and education programs
- Maintain equipment readiness and inventory management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred
- Valid Ohio Peace Officer certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun evenings/nights)
- Strong crisis intervention and de-escalation skills
- Proficient in incident reporting software and digital evidence handling
- Must pass background check and physical fitness assessment
